Adult Leader Training

"All scouts deserve a trained leader."  This phrase is talked about frequently within scouting.  The Boy Scouting and Venturing programs are designed to function as a youth led program under the guidance of knowledgable adults.  These training opportunities help the adults in these programs to understand the programs in better detail and to understand their role as a mentor and guide for their youth leadership.  The Cub Scouting program continues to be adult led and this page provides links to information to better understand the Cub Scouting program and the role of adults in building a strong program.
